What the contact form collects

If an email delivery service is configured, the form collects the name, organisation, email address, enquiry topic and message entered by the visitor, solely to handle the enquiry. Do not include confidential financial or personal information.

How enquiries are processed

On activation, submitted information is sent through a configured email delivery provider to the project’s authorised contact. The legal entity responsible for data processing, its contact details, the applicable retention period and the email service provider must be published here before accepting live submissions.

Current site status

Until those administrative details and email configuration are completed, the form prepares a copyable request locally in your browser. It does not send the entered details to a server.
